Working out is quite difficult in many of our lives these days, but for those who wish to get big I have a few suggestions. Personally and because of experience I believe the first thing is your diet. Make sure that you are getting the proper nutrients. Micronutrients and Macronutrients are both important. "Micronutrients" are usually associated with vitamins and supplements while "Macronutrients" are associated with food and etc. It is best if you use several different sources for your protein other than your standard Whey Protein. Whey protein is the best, but a variety is better.

How Much Protein? Well, I would suggest between .8 grams to 1.3 grams per pound of body weight. Many people have different suggestions but the best way is to probably alternate it. The muscle is made up of protein so be sure you get enough to recover those sore muscles.

What else should I take?
If you have not already guessed it, I would suggest creatine. Creatine helps the muscle "volumize" in order to give it increased ATP which gives you the increased stamina in the workout. Many people have several suggestions when it comes to creatine. Some say you need a loading dosage when you begin and some say you take off every once in a while. All is nice, but I prefer staying with an even 5 grams to 10 grams per day. Off days maybe only 5 grams, while on workout days you would take 5 grams before and 5 grams after the workout. If you stay consistent with this you will notice substantial improvement in your workouts. The key is consistency.

Are there any other product such as Testosterone boosters?
Well, there are many products such as androstenedione, nor androstenedione and other combinations of these. My suggestion would be to take a combination of the Anabolic Stack and the Nor Androstenedione. The Anabolic Stack contains 100mg of Androstenedione, 50mg of DHEA, and 500mg of Tribulus. The Nor Androstenedione should be a 100mg capsule. I would suggest taking 3 Nor andros in divided doses throughout the day and 1 Anabolic Stack 30minutes before a workout. It is not recommended for individuals still in there growing phase. This product should probably only be used by adults. When using these products it is suggested that you cycle 1 month on and then take 2 to 4 weeks off.

Other products that may be suggested only under precaution would be products such as Totally Ripped (liquid or capsules), Xenadrine RFA-1, Ripped Fuel, Kwik Burn, Metabolife or other similar products. These products are very helpful with energy, metabolism, and getting off that extra few pounds. These products should be used in caution due to the ephedra content. Other alternative products could be non-stimulants such as Pyruvate products. Pyruvate is usually expensive because of the Med Pro patents, otherwise you probably are not getting real Pyruvate.
