As we go through life we relate to the world around us on many levels. We
effect the world and the world effects us. It has been shown in study after study, that
our appearance effects how we are perceived by the world. All of us want to make our best
impression. The fact that you read this magazine, means you are more aware of how you look
and how you are perceived. Two things most everyone can agree on is that it's no fun to be
fat! No matter what the circumstance, dieting sucks! The fatter we are the lower our self
esteem becomes, we feel less attractive, less vital. We all have gone through the holidays
and found ourselves in need of loosing a few pounds, for some reason they seem easier to
put on than take off. For those of you like myself, weight is a constant battle. Diets
always seem to go the same way; they work for a while then fail. We of course blame this
failure on ourselves, we cheated, and didn't try hard enough, or we blame our metabolism.
OUR METABOLISM, hey wait, that makes sense! You see, the human meatabolism has thousands
of years of experience and only one goal, survival. Our metabolism does not care how we
look, or about our self image, it doesn't care what car we drive, or who we date, just
survival. And that my friends is why diets fail. You see when we want to loose fat we
restrict our calories, or carbohydrates, our metabolism only takes a few weeks to figure
out what we are doing, then it adjusts. This adjustment is a lowering in our basal
metabolic rate so we burn less calories, need less calories, and stop losing fat stores.
This lower metabolic rate ensures that we will survive in our new restricted calorie
environment. What can be done?
First, lets look at the activity of the thyroid gland and the hormones it produces. The
thyroid gland controls our metabolism. The two most active hormones are T4 (thyroxin) and
T3 (levo-triiodothyronine). The gland produces mainly T4, which is later converted into
T3. The hormone T3 is most effective at raising the basal metabolic rate. The problem is
that the conversion of T4 to T3 is carried out by the Deiodinase enzyme, when we diet our
body produces less Deiodinase enzyme and thus our basal metabolism falls. The result is
too much T4 and not enough T3; without the more potent T3, the body cannot maintain its
metabolic rate.
The question is how can we restore our basal metabolism? We have all tried various diet
aids such as herbal products, and they do help. Your doctor can prescribe various products
for this purpose but they are for the most part not safe and reserved for the obese. There
are two ways to combat diet failure. One is to stimulate the adrenergic (adrenaline)
system, the other is stimulating our thyroid activity. Both of these methods are effective
individually and work best when combined.
We have all been exposed to products which can stimulate the adrenergic system. The
market is flooded with products that contain thermogenics like ephedrine. Products like
THERMATROPAN and NORSYNTHALEAN, which also contains yohimbine extract; another potent fat
burner. Products like these can and do help your body cope with the lowered thyroid
activity. The problem is that 12 to 16 weeks of use, and your receptors begin to down
regulate, rendering these products ineffective. Therefore, they must be cycled for best
results.
The most effective approach is to increase the activity of the thyroid gland itself.
Certain products can help support the activity of the thyroid such as Kelp, which contains
Iodine or Guggulsterones. Products such as these in the past were the only answer.
However, now there is an alternative, a powerful new product available for the first time
here in the US without a prescription. The product is called TRIRCANNA which contains
TRIAC.
TRIAC has been sold throughout the world as a fat loss product under the name
Triacanna. Triacanna is used in situations of obesity, to remove cellulite and general fat
reduction. If the word Triacanna may sound familiar to you it is because it has been used
by bodybuilders for years in contest preparation diets. During the 80's, Triacanna was one
of the most popular pre-contest drugs around, mostly because of its ability to burn fat
and maintain muscle. Even today, this is how top athletes acheive their ultra cut
condition.
TRIAC is not considered a drug in the United States and can be sold as a dietary
supplement. For over 20 years this product has been considered among the safest thyroidal
compounds, causing no damage or down regulation of the thyroid gland. In the several
decades that TRIAC has been used, there have been little or no negative side effects
reported. Safety is always the first concern, but how effective is this product? It can be
used to boost the metabolic rate back to normal during a diet and even increase overall
basal metabolism for extended periods of time. Best of all, TRIAC addresses the problem at
the root, and increases fat burning through the thyroid pathway.
As if the effect that TRIAC has on the thyroid activity were not enough, it has also
been shown that it can raise the respiration in fat cells while decreasing it in muscle
tissue. This means that it will selectively burn calories from fat cells while sparing
muscle. Normally when thyroid based fat burners are used or even when dieting alone a good
portion of weight loss is due to the degradation of protein and wasting of hard-earned
muscle tissue. Along with the advantages already mentioned, TRIAC has been shown to lower
cholesterol and increase the adrenergic receptor sensitivity to products such as
THERMATROPAN. These positive effects combine to make TRIRCANNA the most effective product
in the fat burning arsenal! |
